CertiGov
The certification CertiGov was developed by Paseli to help ICT multinationals to ensure that their channels and partners follow with the same rigor, when selling to the Brazilian government, the ethical and anti-corruption standards that they are based on. After all, it is not enough that there is strict controls and compliance practices internally, when not all other sales chain links are equally responsible.
The certification criteria are based on Law 12,846 / 13 (the Brazilian anti-corruption law), the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act – FCPA (US standard which is a global reference), the Bribery Act – BA (Britain) and the Convention Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
The process for obtaining the seal CertiGov is divided into two modules: Diagnosis and Certification, and Training and Best Practices.
