CES 2015 – world’s biggest technology fair anticipates the future
TVs and smartphones were the sensations of the fair
CES 2015 (Consumer Electronics Show) is the world’s biggest technology fair and it´s held since 1978 in Las Vega, USA. In its latest edition, from 6 to 9 January 2015, it brought together about 150 thousand visitors during the four days of the event. Three thousand six hundred exhibitors presented innovations in several areas of technology, having been featured the presentation of TVs, smartphones, gadgets, smart devices and tablets. Exhibitions of health equipment and home automation devices were also very successful.
Connected cars were a sensation at the fair. Mercedes- Benz and Ford presented keynotes with their CEOs. Other technologies companies and automakers had promised to make life easier for drivers: among innovations a self- parking system from BMW, controlled by smartphone impressed lot of people.
